The whole experience was really very positive-from the evaluation and estimate to the paperwork to setting the date-reminders- team arrived on time and were very gentlemanly, introducing themselves and explaining what the day would entail. The head of the crew checked in with me regularly, discussed options- pros & cons- finished the work, cleaned up beautifully. Everything done cheerfully, efficiently and professionally. I am impressed.
