Obviously, the best photos in the world in a virtual inspection is still a virtual house inspection. Team lead was very good at explaining things that would be done(Tests) before they started and updated me as they went with changes from what I been led to believe. It turned out that the attic was at R30(14-15 inches of cellulose) and already well sealed. This left work on doors and lower sill plate. They explained access issues for 30% of the sill as there were house wires in the way of full access. So they did what they could there while also double checking their normal check list. When they were done the house was tighter, but not too tight. All in all the team was professional and did what they know to the extent my home needed tweeks.
