Garret was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and honest . He called 15 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival and still asked if that time was still convenient for us. He was punctual, efficient & professional. He introduced himself, the program & his company . He did the exterior inspection & then the inside of the house starting from the basement. At the end of his inspection he discussed his findings and showed me the recommendations & what the company will be sending us to maximize our energy saving .
Since we have participated with the Mass Save® program 4 years ago, where additional insulation was done, this time We didn’t not require any additional sealing or insulation.
