I want to commend the excellent work by Adam Zwick . After introducing himself, and explaining the benefits of the MASS Save program, Adam meticusally measured our boiler, water heater, our attic, and our basement. Adam then sat down with my wife and I, and explained the Mass Save benefits available to us. He also was clear on , how American Installations would manage that process, the cost of these services, and the Mass Save subsidies available to us.
Adam was professional, courteous and informative, and American Installations should be proud of, and reward such high quality and professional employees.
